first trip to the airport!
my grandma taught me so many things this trip: how to sing the "i love my grandma song," how to give kisses, how to play hide and seek behind the couch, and how to say "cow." she even let me practice walking over the ridge in the doorway over and over about a thousand times till i got the hang of it.
here we are at mom's friend Greg and his girlfriend Jessie's house.
plus, their neighbors had a chicken coop out back!
and nice grass to practice my new walking skills on.
my favorite thing to do at Greg's was climp around their big bed and stare out the window at the birds.
while we were in Minneapolis, first we went to the art museum, but all i wanted to do was splash in the fountain, so we went to the park instead.
after nap, we headed out to happy hour at the Leaning Tower of Pizza. here's me and mom and her friend Rob.

the next day, we got up early to go visit mom's friend Cyrus and his brother Axel. they had heard i like to dance, so they played some fun new songs for me.
that afternoon, we headed up to the lake where grandma'ma Diane and grandpa Dan live. It was a little chilly and rainy, so we went for a nice cozy ride down to the farm to meet the cows. i even learned how to say "moo."
breakfast with Aunt Keri. then me and uncle Billy in front of the new lake house. i loved to ride around the driveway in my new little car.
me and mom decided to brave the freezing weather and head down to the lake.
out on the pontoon. here i am with Greg and then grandpa. i loved to walk around the boat and touch all the colorful lures on the fishing poles.

sorry i got so many fingerprints on the windows!
i do love my grandma! i doodledoodledoodledoodledoo . . .
after mom left, grandma and grandpa had to bring me all over Melrose to meet everyone. we even stopped at the golf course to check out the putting green. luckily, i brought my putter.
down by the water for some digging and splashing.
my other favorite thing to do is help grandpa drive the pontoon . . . and press ALL the fun buttons!

while i stayed up at the lake, mom went back down to Minneapolis and got see her friend Cyrus's baseball game. His little brother Axel was cruisin' around on his scooter, too.
